MEET OUR FOUNDER: Tammy Charles
Tammy Charles is many things. She is a friend. She is a sister. She is a mentor. She is a business professor. She is a board member. She is a speaker and trainer. She is a business owner. She is an entrepreneur. She is a leader. She is an advocate. She is an influencer. She is a strategist.
However, with all the hats she wears on a daily basis her focus is on impact. Regardless if she is connecting with her students, her clients, or her community at-large she strives to support their goals and help them maximize their potential.
She has a background in fund development, social entrepreneurship, international development, ecosystem building, and business management. Known for her captivating, inspirational, and innovative talks she is one of the most sought after speakers in the community. She has raise over $1 million in her career as fund development director, consultant, and startup founder. In addition, she is a trainer with Operation Startup and Nonprofit Leadership Center where she teaches leadership development and key business principles to entrepreneurs, corporations, and nonprofit leaders.
